Check the videos below to learn how you can use the Drawp for School Add-on in your classroom.

Google Accounts multi-login issue

If you’re logged into multiple Google Accounts in your browser at the same time, some of the features of the Drawp for School Add-on might not work as expected. Multi-login, or being logged into multiple Google Accounts at once, isn’t supported at this time for add-ons, but it’s being actively worked on (updates available here).

How to fix the issues with multiple Google Accounts

You’ll see a tip in the Drawp for School add-on suggesting to resolve the multi-login issue any time we’re able to detect that it might be affecting your experience within the add-on. There are a few simple steps you’ll need to take in order to assure that everything will be working properly. You can try one of the following options:

1. Use Google Slides in a private/incognito browser window

To do this, try the following:
1. Open an incognito window in Google Chrome, or an equivalent private browsing window
2. Go to Google Slides (https://docs.google.com/presentation)
3. Log in only to the Google Account that has the Drawp for School Add-on

OR

2. Log out of all your Google Accounts and log in to the one that has the Drawp for School Add-on

To do this, try the following:
1. Log out of all your Google Accounts by selecting the profile image of your Google Account and tapping on the “Sign out of all accounts” button at the bottom of the popup view
2. Go to Google Slides (https://docs.google.com/presentation)
3. Log in only to the Google Account that has the Drawp for School Add-on
